Our Impact: Changing Lives, Building Futures
Since our founding, All Teens Matter has touched the lives of hundreds of teenagers in the Bremerton community and beyond. Our evidence-based programs have shown remarkable results in improving mental health outcomes, academic performance, and overall quality of life for the teens we serve.
We measure our success not just in numbers, but in the stories of transformation we witness every day. From teens who've found their voice and confidence, to families reunited through better communication, to young people who've discovered healthy coping mechanisms that will serve them throughout their lives—these are the real metrics that drive our mission forward.

Our Programs in Detail
Individual Mentoring
Personalized one-on-one mentoring relationships that provide consistent support, guidance, and accountability. Our trained mentors meet with teens weekly to discuss challenges, celebrate victories, and develop coping strategies tailored to each individual's needs.
Group Support Sessions
Facilitated peer support groups where teens can connect with others facing similar challenges. These sessions reduce isolation, normalize mental health conversations, and build lasting friendships in a safe, confidential environment.
Skills Development Workshops
Interactive educational workshops covering essential life skills including emotional intelligence, stress management, communication, conflict resolution, and self-care practices that teens can use throughout their lives.
Family Support Resources
Because supporting teens means supporting families, we offer parent education sessions, family counseling referrals, and resources to help families communicate better and support their teenager's mental health journey.
All of our programs are designed with teen input and are continuously refined based on participant feedback to ensure we're meeting real needs in meaningful ways.

Teen Mental Health Matters Now More Than Ever
The Growing Crisis
Teen mental health has reached crisis levels in recent years. According to the CDC, nearly 1 in 3 high school students report persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness, and suicide rates among teens have risen dramatically over the past decade.
The challenges facing today's teenagers are complex and multifaceted—from academic pressure and social media stress to family dynamics and identity exploration. Many teens suffer in silence, not knowing where to turn for help or feeling too ashamed to ask.
Why Early Support Matters
Research consistently shows that early intervention and ongoing support can dramatically improve mental health outcomes for teenagers. When teens have access to caring mentors, evidence-based coping strategies, and supportive peer networks, they're better equipped to handle challenges and build resilience.
That's where All Teens Matter comes in. We're here to bridge the gap, providing accessible, compassionate support that meets teens where they are and helps them build the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
